What is expected of me?

1. What is expected of me as a Guild member?

   Well first of all, read ALL the rules on our home page. Here you will find the answers to your question. We strickly enforce these rules. Pretty much it comes down to respect everyone in the Guild, stay active (there is a topic under forums if you are going to be away longer then 2 weeks. Use it! Two weeks away and we kick), watch the language, watch the content of your conversation, do ALL quests, not just killing or dungeons. Read the rules
   

2. I have a problem with a fellow Guild member. What do I do?

   The first thing you need to do is ask yourself if this is important to keep going? If the problem is something you can work out, then great. Lots of times we get offended over things that really isn't very important. Stop and chill. try and work it out. If this does not work, then whisper or mail Holywater about the problem. I will look into it and try to help.
   

3. Why am I not getting prestige? What is prestige?

   Prestige is like a honor badge. It tells everyone how active you are in the guild. It is also how I base your rankings. You start as a soldier. 30 prestige and you get promoted to Captain, and so on. You get prestige by doing regular quests (missions), party quests (missions), dungeon quests (missions), bosses, and mini bosses. You do NOT get it by just killing. Doing Guild rep quests only gives you fame with that city. The more quests you do, the higher prestige you get. This is very important!
   

4. What is a leveling Guild, and what does that mean to me?

   we have always stated we are a leveling Guild. This means we want to 1) get our guild to the highest level we can. Right now that is capped off at level 8. Sadly we are not there yet, but we are trying. Doing Guild rep quests from ALL cities helps give our guild rep, and we level higher. 2) We do ALL quests, Party quests, dungeon quests, bosses, mini bosses. Doing these to level yourself is what is expected and nothing else will be allowed. This is what is meant as "a Leveling Guild". We need you to level your main char as high and as fast as you can.
   

5. But I don't want to level my main! Maybe I want to stay at my level!

   Well it was nice knowing you. Maybe there is another guild you will be more happy with out there.
   

6. What is Guild rep?

   This is referred to in game as "GQ" (Guild quests). You can find GQ at all major cities at the guild master. Just look for the book icon on your map. GQ are quests you take to help level the guild. If you look on the "social" tab of the guild page in game you will see a bar at the top. That is our guild lvl bar. doing GQ moves that bar over. The more we do, the more that bar moves. The more that bar moves the closer we are to getting to the next level for our guild. Doing GQ will not give you prestige. Instead, it gives you "fame" with the cities you do them for. You need high fame in these cities for a number of reasons, but the bigest one is to get a mount. There are tons of reasons for getting your fame high. Doing GQ gives you GREAT XP and GOLD as well.
   

7. What do the rankings mean?

   Well you start off at soldier. This is the lowest of the rankings. You are like on "probation" during this rank. When you get your prestige higher, you get promoted to Captain. Probation is over, and you are still learning the ways of the guild, and it's members. More prestige and you get promoted yet again to Commander. At this level, I had to reduce the amount of guild power. It was being abused, and too many did not understand what their rank meant. This is pretty much the highest you can go until we get higher level in the guild (I am hoping). There is one more level called GK, but that is something different.
   

8. What is a GK, or GuildKnight?

   A GK (GuildKnight) are the top of the top. The elite of the elite. They are the top rank in our guild. There is only one way to get this rank, and that is by Holywater (leader) hand picking you. This only happens when he sees you always impressing him with your style of playing, your always willing to help, you never causing problems, but taking the time to help solve problems, being a leader, etc. DO NOT ASK for this rank. Most will not get to it. A GK runs the guild. They are the ones that I can trust to over see the guild, and run it like I want it ran. They have pledged to up hold all the guild rules and the guild standers. They have the power to expel, demote, promote, and to handle anything that comes up. YOU WILL RESPECT ALL GK!
   

9. I am confused. Who are in command?

   First of course is Holy and all of his alts. Pretty much, look on the Rankings and you can see.  All Holy's alts are GK. 2nd in command are Redfeather. She is under me. Then Aeryka, kik and swagg. This means all their alts as well. Want to know who they are, ask them. Too many to list here. What it comes down to is this. If you are told to stop something, or to do something then listen. If you don't and still want to be a jerk, things are going to get ugly. We don't like ugly. We do not like drama. If you still want to ge a jerk, and cause problems, these 2nd in command can deal with you like they wish. They have my blessing. Whatever they say or do is like me saying or doing it. Got it?
   

10. What is a "YO-YO"?

    A yo-yo is someone who keeps leaving the guild only to return. We no longer allow yo-yos. If you leave the first time and only if you left with no hassles, you may return. If you leave the next time, you can no longer return. If you were kicked out, and Holy agrees with that action, you can not return. If you left due to actions you did, and left before you could get kicked, you may not return. If you are a GK and leave, you will never be a GK again (certain circumstances waved by holy himself only).
    

11. Important things to remember?

    This is a game. We all play to have fun. We need to keep this in mind. We have tons of fun in this guild, and that is the way I like it. Yes, we work hard and push each other to reach that certain goal we have, but we also have chill times and have fun as well. If it seems like we are pushing something like getting you off your butt and get leveling, there is a reason for it. I do not expect you to always be leveling. You give me a few good hours each time you come on, and I don't care if you chill out and talk and joke around in a city. All I am asking for is for you to pull your weight, and help the guild by you leveling. BUT, have fun too. If I have to always be after you to get off your butt and quest, that becomes not fun for me, and to the rest of the guild that are out there leveling. Action will have to be taken if I have to always tell you the samething over and over. My job in here as leader is to see that this guild moves forward, and stays intact. Your job as member is to help me see to it that this happens. Why join a losing guild? If you don't want to help this guild, why are you here? You help the guild and the guild will help you.
    

12. I have been told to do something by a GK. Do I have to do it?

    Lots of times I will get with my GK and tell them of certain things I want done. They are to see that these things gets done. I have enough to do to running this guild, keeping our website going and up to date, and play this game as well. I need help, so my GK are the ones I turn to. If I ask you to do something, or a GK asks you to do something ( that does not go against guild rules), please make our lives easier. Just do it! For example: A GK asks you to please go help someone, and you are able to, then please do so. If a GK asks you to give personal info about yourself, well thats wrong and don't do it then come tell me what they did.
    

13. Do I need to do anything each time I log in?

    Yes! You need to read the announcements and the posts. Posts are under the "social" tab of your guild tab in game. read them daily.
    

14. Why do I need to register here?

    This website will be your responsibility to check often for the latest news going on with our guild. This website will from now on be our central hub. Check the forums for anything new. View pictures, videos, etc. When the server is down, we come here and chat (chat is under the tab "chat"). So what you need to do it is to get used to this website. Get to know where to go to find what you are looking for. Read and check back often the forums section. It is too hard to get news to everyone in the game. Some don't log in often, and it gets old repeating the same thing 100 times in a day. So from now on, it is YOUR responsibility to check here as often as you can and to make sure you read the new news. 
    

15. What if I don't take the time to read the rules?

    The rules are on our home page. I put them there for a reason. They are not there just to fill up the page. It is YOUR responsibility to read and understand all the rules. If you break these rules, action will be taken. We have very young children that plays this game, and I will not allow anyone to say or do anything that is not age appropriate. This means YOU! So read the rules and follow the rules!
